  2. Payment: Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. A deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due as specified in the agreement. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.
  3. Cancellation: Cancellation policies will be detailed in the service agreement. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.

4. Liability

  1. Vehicle Damage: Valet XO is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles. We will take reasonable care in handling your vehicle, but we are not liable for minor scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage that may occur during normal valet operations.
  2. Theft: Valet XO is not responsible for theft of personal items left in vehicles. We recommend that you remove all valuables before handing over your vehicle.
  3. Force Majeure: Valet XO is not liable for any failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

5. Client Responsibilities

  1. Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in good working condition and legally compliant.
  2. Keys: You must provide us with the correct keys to operate your vehicle.
  3. Information: You must provide accurate information regarding your vehicle and any special instructions for its operation.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valet XO, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or any breach of these terms and conditions.
